On Saturday 22nd July 2023, colleagues from University of Sheffield, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Primary Care Sheffield, and Sheffield Children’s Hospital took the time to work together to share the latest research as part of the NHS 75th Birthday celebrations.
The Hearing Research Group hosted demonstrations and interactive activities for children and adults from the public on hearing loss and deafness. The focus of these sessions were to inspire interest and spread awareness of hearing research, alongside highlighting the key medical hurdles we need to overcome and the work we are doing at Sheffield to facilitate this.
