What are your main responsibilities in your current role?

I'm currently doing research about resilience community, which related to my postgraduate course

Please outline your career history: how did you get to where you are today?

My current research is taking three years. When I was trying to find further research after I graduated from Sheffield University, I applied for this PhD research opportunity.

Why did you want to come to the University of Sheffield to study your chosen degree?

The department of landscape is famous and outstanding in the academic field of landscape design.

What were your favourite things about or best memories of the University of Sheffield? 

The diamond library is the best library I've ever been to, and the facilities of the arts tower were also good. I found living in Sheffield was very convenient.

Please explain how has your qualification and/or time at Sheffield helped you in your career?

To be honest PhD applications in China are very difficult, I think I could get this current place because I have graduated from Sheffield, which provided the evidence I have research capacity and language skills.

What has been your greatest achievement to date?

I hope I can get this PhD degree in the future then that will be my greatest achievement!
