Athena SWAN Silver award for ScHARR
Here in the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) we are delighted to announce that we have been recognised in our commitment to promoting gender equality through receiving a second silver award, following our previous success in 2014.
The awards celebrate the dedication of our Athena SWAN departments, including ScHARR, to grow as ambassadors for gender equality in the higher education sector. They recognise the sustained efforts of colleagues to promote progress and overcome barriers to inclusivity, both for fellow staff and for students.
We are delighted in ScHARR to have achieved a Silver Athena SWAN Award again and would very much like to thank Eva Kaltenthaler and her team for all their hard work and dedication. This reflects well on the ethos of promoting diversity and equality in ScHARR.
