Profile

I joined the CTRU in October 2021 as a Research Assistant after graduating with my MSc in Nutrition with Public Health Management from Sheffield Hallam University. I also have a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Prior to this, I worked as a Care Navigator at the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, helping to provide person-centred care to patients with suspected cancer.

I am currently working on the FIRST trial (Flexor Injury Rehabilitation Splint Trial), as well as AWARE-IBD (Putting people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in control of their care) and RHABIT (Recording HArms in Behavioural change Intervention Trials).

I previously supported the PITSTOP study (PIlonidal sinus Treatment: STudying the OPtions) and the OptiCALS study (Evaluating a nutritional management intervention for people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)).

I also teach on the HAR6030 module Introduction to Research Methods.
