Panayiotis Karachrstou is currently working as a Research Assistant for Collaborative Robot Security in the Cybersecurity group at the University of Sheffield. He has recently received a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security from the University of Sheffield. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Portsmouth.

Panayiotis works with Dr. John Clark and is a researcher in the security of collaborative robots in his role in the CSI:Cobot project. His work includes thread modelling or otherwise identifying what could go wrong with the system you are interested in in terms of cybersecurity and proposing mitigation techniques. One of the ways in which mitigation strategies have been proposed is in the form of security policies. In addition now he is looking into creating an Intrusion Detection System for cobots with the help of the digital twin.
