Emeritus Professor Tony Crook and colleagues at LSE (Kath Scanlon and Professor Christine Whitehead) in collaboration with Stefano Smith Planning and Rettie & Co in Scotland have been commissioned by the Scottish Government to undertake a study of the incidence value and delivery of developer contributions in Scotland. The research team brings together academic experts who have worked on this issue both in England and in Scotland together with very experienced Scottish planning and real estate practitioners.
