I have an academic background in urban forestry. Over my academic formation, I received an undergraduate degree in Forestry and a MSc in Forestry Resources from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil and a PhD in Global, Urban and Social Studies from RMIT University, Australia.
- Research interests

As a Research Associate in the CONEXUS project, I am working cooperatively with a range of overseas partners, including local authorities, NGOs, citizen groups and private enterprises, to understand current priorities and future aspirations around urban environmental change, including climate change action, resilience, biodiversity conservation, inclusion and health and wellbeing. Other research interests: - Urban forestry for climate change adaptation - Valuation of ecosystem services - Nature-based-solutions for resilient communities
