My name is Charles-Spencer and I recently completed my placement at ZF Automotive UK Ltd, working on ADAS Systems.

Why did you choose to do a Placement?

Getting a proper understanding of the product development cycle in industry. Additionally, being trained on different topic relating to the job role. Finally, working with people from all over the globe.

One piece of advice would you give to students who are considering taking a Placement?

Take advantage of the support provided by the Year in Industry staff to check your CV, cover letters etc. Finding a placement can be tough but don't stop applying.
