Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by an alumnus/participant the fees paid to participate in the event/activity will be refunded in accordance with the following terms:

  • Cancellations received up to (and including) 10 days prior to the event will be refunded in full
  • For cancellations received less than 10 days before the event there will be no refund

The Development, Alumni Relations and Events Office reserves the right to cancel an event if it is under-subscribed and in this instance a full refund will be made.

In exceptional circumstances other refund arrangements may be considered.
