As in 2017, the Big Walk 2018 will be supporting the £2 million Sheffield Scanner campaign, which has now raised over £1.2 million.

For this year’s challenge, we want you to join us on Friday 22 June for a 26.2-mile marathon-distance Peak District walk! Starting in Lodge Moor, 3 miles west of the University, and finishing on the campus, the Big Walk 2018 will take in wonderful scenery in the Peak District, including Stanage Edge, Derwent Edge, Low Bradfield and the Loxley valley. To find out more about the route please take a look at the Itinerary.
