- Profile
-
I received my undergraduate degree in Physics at The University of Padua (Italy), and my Masters degree at La Sapienza, University of Rome. Then, I joined the University of Sheffield as a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Eleni Vasilaki. In December 2021, I completed my PhD and worked for a few months as a PostDoc at the University of Sheffield, where I have been an academic fellow since March 2022.
- Research interests
-
My interests lie in designing learning algorithms and network structures that can be transferred to physically defined networks, where computation arises from the spontaneous dynamics and response of the system. To achieve this purpose, I aim to take inspiration from biological networks and their unmatched ability to compute in complex, stochastic and dynamic environments.
