I completed my PhD in 2008 and after a short period as a Post-doctoral research associate I was appointed as a Lecturer in 2010.


My research focuses on the role of extracellular vesicles in head and neck cancer progression. A better understanding of these nano-sized particles may one day lead to novel diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for head and neck cancer.
