I have finished undertaking casual work for the University, how do I request my P45?

As a casual worker you can request your P45 by completing this Google Form: P45 Request Form. Please ensure that you complete this request form after you have received all outstanding salary payments from the University and if you do not plan to undertake any further casual work in the next 6 months at the University.

In the UK and the Republic of Ireland, a P45 is a certificate given to an employee at the end of a period of employment, providing details of their tax code, gross pay, and the tax paid for that year, for them to pass to a subsequent employer or benefit agency.
