Event: Europe’s Crisis of Legitimacy – book discussion event with Professor Vivien A. Schmidt
Monday 15th February 2021 14:00 – 15:30 GMT
Online discussion event.
Register to attend.
Professor Schmidt will join us to discuss her new book presenting its key arguments and considering the implications for an EU that, with the ongoing pandemic, faces yet another crisis of its political economy (and, potentially, its legitimacy). The event has been organised by Dr Owen Parker, Research Fellow at SPERI, who will chair the discussion. Professor Simon Bulmer will provide thoughts and reflections on the book followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
