    • UEB considered the updated annual Modern Slavery Statement, which set out the actions the University had taken in the preceding financial year.

    • During discussion, Members welcomed the actions set out in the Statement and noted some structural changes that could be incorporated into the final draft.

    • UEB agreed that the Modern Slavery Statement be approved on behalf of the University and be authorised for publication on the University’s web pages.
