Ben is Interim Chief Executive Officer at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). He is responsible for leading the 600 strong organisation to deliver transformational impact to UK manufacturing.
Ben was previously the AMRC Chief Technology Officer and has been a part of the Executive Board since 2020.
Since joining the AMRC in 2009, he has held several key positions, including Head of the Integrated Manufacturing Group and leadership of Factory 2050 - a £43 million facility dedicated to reconfigurable and digitally driven manufacturing, artificial intelligence and digitally assisted assembly.
