  • Spatio-temporal/infinite dimensional system identification and analysis in the space and time domain and the frequency domain
  • Multiscale modelling of biomedical systems
  • Modelling and analysis of differentially expressed genes in biology
  • Barrel cortex local field potential (LFP) modelling
