Course description

Our new MRes in Control and Systems Engineering provides you with an excellent introduction to research methods while benefiting from lectures and lab work to consolidate your knowledge in the discipline.

Teaching

There are lectures, seminars, tutorials, individual assignments and a major research project.

Assessment

You’re assessed via exams, coursework assignments and a project dissertation.

Duration

1 year full-time

Entry requirements

First class honours degree (or equivalent).

Alternatively, you might be an experienced professional, thinking about updating your knowledge of the subject.

English language requirements

Overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent
