MA Real Estate Planning and Development is designed to prepare you for a career in real estate. Focusing on the challenges of new developments, it will enhance your understanding of real estate and its role in the wider economy.
The course provides graduate-level entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
This course is full-time only.
Each year we run a field trip to London so you can meet employers and recruitment specialists. Although all accommodation and some food costs are covered, you'll need to cover travel costs to and from London, as well as travel around the city.
1 year full-time
For UK students, the usual entry requirement is a 2:1 degree or evidence of equivalent achievement (for example, a professional qualification combined with work experience).
You're welcome to apply with a 2:2 degree, although we would normally expect to see evidence of work experience or other relevant activity.
English language requirements
Overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.
