Each year The Times conducts a huge international survey to gauge and rank Universities on how they perform when it comes to a student’s experience.

The University of Sheffield had much to celebrate following the release of the rankings, with the Students’ Union being named the best in the country for the ninth consecutive year, a fantastically impressive statistic that both staff and students alike are proud of.

Other key wins for the University were:

Voted FIRST for student experience within the Russell Group
Voted THIRD for student experience in Yorkshire and the UK
University Accommodation was voted FOURTH best in the UK
Joint FIRST for library services
Joint SECOND for ‘high quality facilities’ and ‘good community atmosphere’
