The courses are full time and start in September. We accept applications throughout the year, however we encourage early applications as the visa process for overseas applicants can often take a few months.

Entry requirements

As a candidate for our Masters courses, you will typically be an engineering, mathematics or science honours graduate (holding a 2.1 degree or equivalent) from a recognised institution, with excellent mathematical notation and basic computer programming skills, looking to pursue a career in systems, control or information technology.

If you have a qualification other than that listed above, along with professional experience in a relevant field, we will consider your application.

Applicants whose first language is not English are required to have an overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.* If you would like to improve your English language skills before you register, pre-sessional English language courses are available at the International Summer School.
