For specific cases, such as Blue Badge holders, those requiring disabled access, or equipment un/loading, it is best to email parking@sheffield.ac.uk as different faculties, and therefore their car parks, occasionally have different protocols.

Connect Cashless app isn’t working – please advise!

There may be several reasons for this, and they differ at any given time. Please make sure that the app is updated and using the latest version. We recommend checking that all account details are up to date and present along with up to date payment card details. A good general rule when experiencing technical issues is to close down the app and restart your phone. Please then try again to pay for parking. If the problem persists, it is also possible to pay for parking via www.connectcashlessparking.com/ or via phone call (0345 434 8008). The voice call payment needs to be done on a mobile phone due to the vehicle registration number needing to be confirmed by text.

You may also use the RingGo payment software as an alternative to Connect Cashless.
