With a large estate of over 500,000 square metres that includes almost 400 buildings, we try to ensure any work needed on the buildings or wider estate causes the least disruption to those who live or use the surrounding areas.

Staff should continue to report any estates and facilities matters via Faculty/Department colleagues who have access to the EFM Self Service (University login required). If you are unsure who your Faculty/Department colleague is please contact efmsystems@sheffield.ac.uk so the team can provide clarification.
