Visit The Garden Room on the ground floor of the Information Commons and check out our range of Wellbeing books chosen by students.

You can take a break for up to 45 minutes whilst studying in the libraries and learning spaces by using a Study Break pass.


Student Wellbeing Service

Delivered by the University Student Services Information Desk (SSiD), the Student Wellbeing Service is available if you are experiencing mild difficulties and challenges.

The service can provide preventative support to help you manage your wellbeing and succeed at University.


Togetherall

Togetherall allows you to access free 24/7 online mental health advice from qualified professionals.


Wellbeing at Sport Sheffield

Sport Sheffield offers web pages and an app that allows you to learn, log and keep track of your lifestyle.

With assessments and tools built-in, you can set goals, track progress and better understand a healthy lifestyle including your mental wellbeing.

    The Garden Room is a newly developed student space for wellbeing and relaxation; it is situated on the Ground floor of the Information Commons.


    SAMHS

      You can access a broad range of mental health support via the Student Access to Mental Health Support (SAMHS), the University’s mental health support service including self-help, drop-in sessions and crisis support.
