White Rose College of the Arts & Humanities scholarship
Funded through the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).
The White Rose College of the Arts & Humanities (WRoCAH) is a Doctoral Training Partnership of the Universities of Leeds, Sheffield and York.
WRoCAH is responsible for the distribution of Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC)-funded studentships for these universities and for the coordination of a doctoral training programme.
WRoCAH offers over 50 AHRC studentships per year to candidates with a place for doctoral study at the Universities of Leeds, Sheffield or York.
How to apply
Applications for 2023-24 student-led Open Competition are now closed. Scholarship applications are made directly to WRoCAH. Please refer to the information on their webpage for details:
All applicants are also required to submit an application for a PhD place at the University of Sheffield via our Postgraduate Online Application Form.
