At Security Services, we keep incident records which might include
- the difficulties you're experiencing
- the support we've offered you
- plans for your future support
- any correspondence
Confidentiality
Under University policy and UK law, we're not allowed to disclose any information about a student to any third party – even a friend or parent – without the affected student's express consent, except in an emergency.
In an emergency, we will pass on contact details to emergency services or a relevant University department such as Student Welfare.
