How does the Intercalation Fair work?
This year, we invite you to both our on-campus and online Intercalation Fair on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd November.
You can choose to attend the in-person introductory talk, the online sessions or both by selecting the date on the booking form.
Intercalation is an opportunity to delve deeper into a specialism that interests you. As an investment in your future career, you'll enhance your research skills, critical scientific thinking and academic writing.
We welcome internal and external medical students to join us for our Intercalation Fair where you'll have the chance to learn what intercalating at Sheffield is really like. You'll have the opportunity to interact with project supervisors and hear all about intercalating and studying either BSc Medical Sciences Research or BSc Medical Sciences (Surgery). You can also engage with staff and current students who will explain the intercalated masters degrees on offer.

How does the Intercalation Fair work?
This year, we invite you to both our on-campus and online Intercalation Fair on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd November
On-campus Intercalation Introduction (21st November)
On Thursday 21st November 2 - 3.30pm, you are invited to join our on-campus introduction to Intercalation.
You'll learn the details and process of intercalating to either a BSc or a masters degree. There will be information on fees and funding, the application process, and you'll hear from current students who have intercalated in previous years.
There will also be a chance to engage with academics and current staff and ask any questions you may have.
Online Intercalation Fair (22nd November)
On Friday 22nd November, 2 - 3.30pm, you are invited to join the online element of our Intercalation Fair.
You can "drop-in" to the live sessions for each of the the many different projects and masters degrees available. Find the list below to see the various different sessions, drop-in, find out more and then continue exploring!
When joining a session, your cameras and microphones will be automatically switched off, so there's no need to worry.
