The MPlan in Urban Studies and Planning gives full accreditation from the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as partial accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).

The MSc in Urban and Regional Planning and MA in Urban Design and Planning are fully accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
The MSc Real Estate and MSc Real Estate Planning and Development are fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The MSc Applied GIS provides technical and practical skills to launch a career in GIS, applied policy research or spatial data analysis.
International Merit Scholarships
We offer a generous package of financial support for international students including 75 undergraduate scholarships worth £10,000 towards the annual tuition fee and 125 postgraduate taught scholarships worth £5,000 towards the tuition fee. Applications are now open for existing offer holders.
