Ross Drummond received an MEng degree from the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London (2009-2013). He then moved to the Control Group at the University of Oxford (2013-2017) to complete his DPhil degree. After some time as a research assistant (2017-2020) working on battery modelling and control, he was awarded a UK Intelligence Community research fellowship (2020-2023) from the Royal Academy of Engineering. He then began a lectureship in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Sheffield.
