For works related to building reconfigurations, room upgrades, refurbishments, enabling works, feasibility studies please contact the Space Development Manager for your faculty in the first instance;

Minor works

Minor works requests such as moving sockets, new carpets, additional shelving etc should be submitted by one of your Departmental requestors via EFM Self Service using the E&M Quote Requests function.

All building faults, repairs and maintenance requests should be reported on on EFM Self Service (Planon) by your Departmental requestor or reported to the EFM Help desk.
