Meet the Scholarly Communications Team

The Library Scholarly Communications Team provide specialist services to enhance the research activities of the University. We manage the University's repository White Rose Research Online (WRRO) and provide guidance on making your research outputs open access. We also manage a publications fund to pay for article processing charges where gold open access is required by funders.

We provide support for research data management, including guidance on writing data management plans, and manage the University's data catalogue, ORDA. Members of the team also provide guidance in the areas of copyright and licensing.

A key part of our work is advocacy and raising awareness of the evolving nature of scholarly communications. We provide information sessions on open access, research data management and copyright, and can deliver presentations or workshops tailored to a specific subject area. If you would like to arrange an information session for your department or research group, please contact us via one of the email addresses below.
