Find your offer holder day subject schedule
As part of your offer holder day at Sheffield, you'll be spending some quality time getting to know your chosen subject(s). Find your subject timetable below.
When booking onto the event, you will book to visit your chosen academic subject(s) in a morning sitting (10am to 12.30pm), or afternoon sitting (2pm to 4.30pm for most subjects, 1.30pm to 4pm for engineering subjects).
These details will be linked from your booking confirmation and reminder emails.
Please note: Certain subjects will only be participating on select dates, and may only be running a morning OR afternoon session on these dates - this will be clear when you make your booking.
Many subjects will also begin their activities outside of their home buildings, so please ensure that you check the starting location via the relevant schedule page below.

Dual honours and multiple offers
If you are holding an offer for a dual honours degree, or you are holding multiple offers across different subject areas, you have a number of different options for how to engage with your chosen subjects:
- Book to see both subjects on the same day. Visit your first subject in the morning (10am to 12.30pm) and your second subject in the afternoon (2pm to 4.30pm for most subjects, 1.30pm to 4pm for engineering subjects). You will have limited time in between the subject activities for university activities. Some subject combinations may only be available on certain event dates, and may fill quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Book to see subjects on separate days.
- Book to see one subject at an offer holder day, and find out about your other subject at our dedicated day of online sessions for offer holders in May, running as part of our Sheffield Live events programme.
