Welcome to your offer holder day

As you enter campus, offer holders will be able to collect a welcome pack from our General Information stand outside the Jessop West Building on Leavygreave Road, or from one of our Information Hub tents. Welcome packs contain a tote bag, campus map, and printed event guide. The guide will contain all of the information below, plus a £5 voucher to spend in one of our food and drink outlets across campus.

You don’t need to register on arrival, as attendance will be recorded at your pre-booked department activities (see below). The rest of the day’s activities can be done in any order.

If you're an Access+ offer holder you may be eligible for additional support as well as an Access+ contextual offer. The Access+ Team will have a stand at the central exhibition in the Jessop West Exhibition space where we can talk to you about your Access+ Offer, applying for the Access+ Travel Bursary and you can meet our Access+ Ambassadors and ask them any questions about university life that you may have. Find out more here.

Getting here

We recommend travelling to the University via public transport. Sheffield has great transport links, with several park and ride sites, and is easily accessible by train. We are unable to offer visitor parking on campus and the public 'pay and display' parking close by is very limited. Please see our offer holder day FAQs for further travel advice. If you or your guests have a disability read our access information.
