Accommodation Fees Guide 2023-24

Accommodation fees are to be paid in 3 instalments.  As part of accepting the Residence Contract you will also set up the payment plan. The accommodation fees are due on the dates set out in the table below. The instalments can be paid by direct debit, recurring credit or debit card and the direct debit can only be set up from a UK bank account and not savings or deposit accounts.  American Express cards are not an accepted payment method.

Alternatively, you may have opted to pay in full and therefore there will be no request for further payment of the accommodation fee.  Likewise, if your sponsor has paid, you will have confirmed this on accepting the Residence Contract.

The payment dates set out below are different to semester dates as the Residence Contract starts and ends before the standard University academic semesters.  Therefore, payment dates are different to payment period.
