Updated key restorative text now available

Following on from the huge success of the original BDJ Series 'Crowns and other Extra coronal restorations', a wider team have now updated the text to bring it in line with contemporaneous materials and methods. 2 years in the production, this text is now structured differently and is bigger and better than before.

There was a lot to update, in the 20 years since the last edition was published! A huge team of authors contributed to its production including Dr James Field from TUoS (8 chapters) and Mrs Claire Field from CCDH (2 chapters) and the chapter and author list is below. What a team effort!
