Welcome to Estates & Facilities Management Help Desk

Our aim is to ensure that all requests are dealt with within a specific timescale, prioritised according to their urgency, and that departments are kept informed of progress on these requests.

Request for works

To request repairs, maintenance or new work, contact your departmental representative who will then contact the Help Desk on your behalf with the relevant information. Such requests are made by authorised departmental representatives to avoid duplication of tasks and to ensure an efficient, effective service.

When you contact the Help Desk, we will:

  • Ask for your name to log the call.
  • Ask questions to help us diagnose the fault or fully understand the request.
  • Aim to resolve your issue.
  • Give you a call reference number to assist in tracking the progress of the call.

We are working continuously to improve our services and how we deliver them to better improve our customer experience of our Help Desk assistance.

Our opening hours are 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday). Due to Covid-19, there is currently no counter service.  For guidance in the event of a emergency, click here.
