Flashy Science

Flashy Science is a fantastic virtual laboratory developed by our engineers in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, that allows school and university students to ‘learn-by-doing’ and improve their understanding of science and engineering. The virtual experiments are linked to common curricula, e.g. GCSE, A-level, university courses, and allow students to grow in confidence in performing experiments, recording and analysing data, and to think about an experiment’s relevance.

Flashy Science is now FREE to schools until August 2021.
