Publishing and reusing our material
Please contact us if you wish to publish or reuse our material. We charge different licensing fees depending on whether the use is commercial or non-commercial. If we do not hold the copyright to the material or it is not in the public domain (out of copyright), you must obtain written permission from the copyright holder and forward this to us prior to any copying.
Commercial use: Anything where one of the primary purposes is to generate income, whether directly or indirectly, including material that is used for promotional purposes.
- £100 plus VAT per image
- £14 plus VAT per second for film / sound recordings (minimum charge of 25 seconds)
These fees are charged in addition to the reproduction fees.
Non-commercial use: Projects that are not primarily intended to generate income or directed towards commercial advantage. Includes paid for material with a limited print or production run that does not aim to make a profit.
