Announcing the new Psychology Energy and Environment Team (PEET)
The Psychology Energy and Environment Team (PEET) is a group of five second year Psychology undergraduates, assisted by Dr. Chris Jones (Environmental Champion for Psychology), whose mission is to reduce the carbon footprint of the Psychology Department.
Over the coming months, PEET will be promoting green initiatives, including a “switch-off” campaign, in order to reduce departmental energy-consumption; saving money and the environment and contributing to the Psychology Department’s involvement in the NUS Green Impact competition (www.eauc.org.uk/green_impact).
Keep your eyes open for details of forthcoming PEET events, activities and initiatives on the PEET notice-board in the foyer.
