Deposits and Inventories

It's really important that you check over your bedroom and shared communal areas as you're moving in and make a note of anything that's not quite right and add it to your inventory - this is what your end-of-tennancy inspection is compared to, and it also allows us to fix any issues.  You need to complete the inventory within 7 days of moving in.

Fire Safety

Fire safety is an important part of living in the residences to keep you and the rest of the community safe. We have compiled some top tips on staying safe regarding electrical appliances and when cooking.

Free Shop

Every year at Intro Weekend, we hold the Free Shop, where we give away items that have been donated by previous students - these are generally kitchen and homewares. All items have been cleaned and are in good condition. Queues start forming for the Free Shop early, and everything will go, so if you'd like to pick up a few bits make sure you're there early. You can find out about the time and location

Maintenance

If there's something wrong with your accommodation, please report it as a maintenance request as soon as you recognise it, this is the only way maintenance issues can be resolved. Submitting a maintenance request is different depending on where you live:
