All certificates have now been dispatched.  If you did not provide an address for your certificate to be sent to, you can request it by completing this online form.

All certificates have been posted, with the exception of graduates who have not provided an address. These certificates have been passed onto SSiD.

Certificates from Graduation - 8-12 January 2024

All certificates have been dispatched

If you opted to have your certificate sent by either DHL or Special Delivery and have not yet received it, please make contact with the Events Team on graduation@sheffield.ac.uk where the shipment can be tracked and enquiries made with the relevant company.

If you opted for a non-tracked service, we are unable to follow the journey of the shipment once it has left the University. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, up to 4 weeks for delivery within the EU and up to 6 weeks for delivery in the rest of the world. 

Lost in transit

Depending on the delivery method, you can report your item as lost and order a replacement certificate from SSiD after the following timescale:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK) - 10 working days
• Royal Mail International Standard (EU) - one month
• Royal Mail International Standard (worldwide) - six weeks
