This year’s showcase programme followed the theme of partnerships, which the institute has focussed on growing.  Insigneo Executive Director, Prof. Jim Wild celebrated the recent strengthening of partnerships regionally through involvement in the new EPSRC-funded South Yorkshire Digital Health Hub and Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust joining Insigneo this year as our third NHS partner organisation. Further afield he highlighted Insigneo's potential for global translation of cutting-edge science and engineering research through the institute's academic, clinical and industrial partnerships, including the new Horizon Europe-funded project, METASTRA.

The day featured a packed schedule of inspirational talks showcasing work from across our five research themes and a fantastic plenary talk from Professor Jackie Hunter from BenevolentAI who spoke about her experiences of academic-industry partnership on AI in healthcare.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day for helping to make it such a lively, stimulating occasion, we really enjoyed seeing you all!
