IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst
Are you an IT professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for asset management?
You will be responsible for centrally managing all assets within the University throughout their full lifecycle. You will work with the IT Asset and Supplier Manager, as part of the wider IT Asset and Supplier team. You'll be responsible for the CMDB/Asset Repository and for managing the IT hardware asset portfolio for risk, cost control, governance, compliance and performance objectives.
You'll have IT qualifications or demonstrable experience in asset management, with hands-on expertise using service management tools.

Service Performance Analyst
Are you a data specialist who excels in building data solutions, transforming complex information into strategic insights?
Your solid skills in data visualisation and dashboard creation are complemented by your proficiency in statistical analysis and your ability to integrate data from various sources. Crucially, you can translate complex findings into compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You'll have experience in IT service management or knowledge of ITIL frameworks, helping you understand the operational context behind the data.
