Senior Product Manager
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape our product function while delivering impactful roadmaps aligned with the University's strategic objectives. You'll own a product portfolio, lead a team of product owners, and work closely with the Head of Product to establish consistent product management practices across the department. This role combines hands-on product ownership with coaching other product managers, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to our evolving product-led operating model.
You'll need significant experience in agile product development, a proven track record of developing strategic product visions and previous line management experience. We're seeking someone who can balance multiple product lines whilst championing user experience, facilitate cross-functional teams, and challenge traditional thinking to deliver value quickly and iteratively.

Salesforce Development Team Leader
We are seeking a creative, high-performing and engaging team leader who can manage and lead the Salesforce development and administration team as part of our Technology function. You will manage a team of high-performing Salesforce developers and administrators in maintaining and enhancing Salesforce, whilst building a strong relationship with other technical and product colleagues.
You will have a wide range of experience in Salesforce development in a corporate environment and understand the importance of design and development standards, especially regarding security, performance, user experience and accessibility. You will have a track record of releasing quality software and be able to establish relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders across the University and beyond. To achieve this you will build a high-performing team and develop them to have the right skills and processes to deliver.

SAP Development Team Leader
We are seeking a creative, high-performing and engaging team leader who can manage and lead the SAP development and operations team as part of our Technology function. The role will need to manage a team of high-performing engineers in implementation, upgrade and operational support of services including Finance, HR, Payroll and Purchasing systems, together with Employee and Manager Self Services and staff recruitment.
Additionally, the team provides integration of SAP with other services both within the University and to external partner organisations as required.
You will have a wide range of experience in SAP operations and development in a corporate environment, as well as experience as a team leader, or a willingness to develop in this area, and be able to establish relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders across the University and beyond.
