Delivery lead

IT Services at the University of Sheffield is seeking an exceptional Delivery Lead to drive our transition to product-led, agile delivery methodologies. You'll oversee delivery across a product area, leading and coaching a team of delivery professionals whilst ensuring transparent, risk-managed execution of our strategic initiatives.

This role demands someone who can bridge product vision with operational reality, providing real-time visibility to senior stakeholders whilst unblocking issues and driving continuous improvement across our delivery practices.

You'll bring proven experience managing complex delivery landscapes, deep agile expertise and the leadership skills to develop high-performing teams. Working closely with the Head of Product, you'll manage change budgets, coordinate sprint cycles, and represent delivery at governance boards.

Senior DevOps Engineer
