Network Operations Engineer
If you have a passion for networks with a desire to apply and develop your skills further, we have an exciting opportunity for a Network Operations Engineer within Network Services. You will join the multi-skilled and highly collaborative Network Operations team, supporting and delivering wired and wireless connectivity across the University.
Within Network Services we are expanding our team to support a multi-year programme of network transformation across the University estate. This role will support both the transformation programme and business as usual network operations. This will be an exciting period within the team with opportunities to learn, develop and get hands on with enterprise networking technologies.

Head of Product

Service Desk Analyst
This is a customer-focused IT role within an established Service Desk team. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to university students and staff via our phone line, Self Service portal, live Chat and our face-to-face TechBar service. Main duties include answering queries, identifying and solving problems, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and general IT services. You will document support tickets and maintain accurate records of support interactions for progressing complex issues to the appropriate technical support team. You will demonstrate strong customer service and team working skills, have an interest in IT along with superb communication skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop a career in IT at the University, to not only bring skills, experience and engage in opportunities for personal growth and development but also contributing to the development and improvement of a service first culture.
