Product Delivery

Develops and delivers solutions to technological requirement across the University

Infrastructure and Operations

Manages and maintains the underlying systems behind technological provisions at the University

Information Security

Protects the University’s IT infrastructure from threats and delivers training and monitoring to keep staff safe

Service Delivery and Support

The main contact point of IT Services for students, staff and visitors, leading all support, help and assistance activity

Research and Innovation IT

Offers dedicated, high-level technical and analysis support to researchers at the University

Strategy and Architecture

Supports high-level planning and strategic management for IT at the University

Office of the IT Director

Providing processes, support and assurance to ensure effective operation across the department

The Executive team oversees the Vision and Strategy of the department, and makes sure we are working to achieve that as best as possible. They are also responsible for reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and University Executive Board who oversee IT Services as a whole.
