IT Services sections

Each section is led by a member of our Executive team, all of whom support our Director, Chris Willis.

Product Delivery

Develops and delivers solutions to technological requirement across the University.

Service and Operations

Manages and maintains the underlying systems behind technological provisions at the University and the main contact point of IT Services for students, staff and visitors, leading all support, help and assistance activity.

Information Security and Assurance

Protects the University’s IT infrastructure from threats and delivers training and monitoring to keep staff safe.

Chief Technology Officer

Supports high-level planning and strategic management for IT at the University.

IT Services leadership

The Executive team oversees the Vision and Strategy of the department, and makes sure we are working to achieve that as best as possible. They are also responsible for reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and University Executive Board who oversee IT Services as a whole.
