If you are a member of staff who requires a password reset, you should contact a 'sponsor' such as your line manager, Head of Department or supervisor.

Sponsors will need to complete the Account Recovery - Staff form on their behalf, found in the IT Service Desk Self Service portal (login required) in MUSE. The sponsor must be a staff Ucard holder.

Staff members will need to provide their sponsor with a non-University contact method, such as a personal email address, where the new password can be sent.

Staff at the AMRC should visit their local IT staff.
