Closed data (sensitive data not openly available)
Where the ‘licence’ field in an ORDA record reads ‘Closed data’, data files are either closed or stored elsewhere. You may be able to request access to the files if a request procedure / contact details are given in the record. If access is granted to the files, appropriate terms of use should be provided by the data supplier (the individual or group supplying access to the data). These terms should be agreed to by the requester and observed in all uses of the data, including but not limited to storage, copying, reuse and sharing. For enquiries regarding terms of use, you should contact the data supplier.
Please note, the University of Sheffield Library cannot provide access to data files that are not openly available in ORDA. Only the data supplier can grant this access and the terms of use associated with the data are between the requester and data supplier only.
