Staff Password Resets

If staff members require a password reset, they will need to contact a "sponsor" such as their line manager, HoD or supervisor to complete the Account Recovery - Staff form on their behalf, found in the IT Service Desk Self Service portal in MUSE.   The "sponsor" must be an Orange Ucard holder.

Staff members will need to provide their "sponsor" with a non-University contact method, such as a personal email address, where the new password can be sent.

Staff at the AMRC should visit their local IT staff.
