Staff Password Resets
Staff password resets need to be done face to face so that the identity of the owner can be verified. This can be done during normal office hours by visiting the Computing Centre on Hounsfield Road.
If you are not in Sheffield then you need to find a "sponsor" to fill in the staff account recovery form on your behalf - this can be found through MUSE in the IT Service Desk (Self Service) section under Service Requests as "Account Recovery - staff" Staff should ask their Head of Department, Departmental Manager or similar to be the "sponsor".
Staff at the AMRC should visit their local IT staff.
