Inclusive Learning

If you need access to software normally available on a Library PC or within Assistive Technology spaces please contact lib-inclusivelearning@sheffield.ac.uk and someone from the team will be able to assist you.

We are keen to enable all students to have equal access to Library resources. All staff are happy to offer assistance, there is a member of the Inclusive Learning team at each library site who can help and advise you. You can contact the team by emailing lib-inclusivelearning@sheffield.ac.uk.
If you don’t visit Sheffield regularly there are many ways you can access library material and support for your studies, we hope to have included them here but do get in touch if there is something we have missed.

The Library seeks to ensure that it complies with the University Council Statement on Equality of Opportunity and Diversity in all areas of its operations, through good practice, anticipation and reasonable adjustments.

**Dawsonera ebook platform update - 5 August

Due to their parent company going into administration, the Dawsonera ebook platform is no longer available. All ebooks that were hosted on Dawsonera have been transferred toVLeBooks, and all links (e.g. in StarPlus, Blackboard or resource lists) have been redirected to this new platform.
Unfortunately, any notes that a registered user may have saved in a Dawsonera ebook will not be transferred to VLeBooks.**
