Our response to the National Food Strategy

Academics from the University of Sheffield's Institute for Sustainable Food give their recommendations for a fairer, more sustainable UK food system.

The National Food Strategy, an independent review led by Henry Dimbleby, is an important evidence-based report on the national food system and its implications for environmental sustainability and public health. It addresses many of the themes that drive the work of the Institute for Sustainable Food. In anticipation of the White Paper, promised within six months of the Review’s publication, we invited several members of the Institute to comment on key aspects of the Review.
