Our postgraduate courses balance academic education with applied content, preparing you in both theory and practice for employment or further study.
Teaching and learning changes for 2020-21
Due to the coronavirus pandemic we have made some changes to teaching and learning for some postgraduate courses in the 2020-21 academic year. These pages will be updated regularly, so please check back for the latest information about your course.
Our students build a greater awareness of global issues through the School's international contacts in business, academia and governments across the world. A lively guest lecture programme runs alongside a number of the courses, where lectures are delivered by individuals at the top of their game.
Many of our programmes are accredited and recognised by professional accreditation bodies. Study with us and you will develop the skills to operate on an international stage and secure a vibrant, successful professional future.
Our most popular courses receive many more applications than we have study places available. To manage the competition for places on these courses, we operate a staged admissions process, with application and decision deadlines throughout the year. Find out more about our staged admissions process and deadlines.
Please note that due to the popularity of our postgraduate courses and the high demand for places, transfers to other options will not be possible once you arrive in Sheffield. Please ensure you have researched degree course options carefully and that you apply for the course which best meets your study and future career needs.
